We're sorry if Carv has not worked out for you for any reason. We offer hassle free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Should you wish to return Carv, please let us know and we will provide you with return postage information.

To be eligible for a return, your Carv must also be returned in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Pre-order Cancellation

Subject as stated in the Terms of Service, you can cancel this contract without giving any reason at any time from the date purchase until the day which is 30 days from the day on which you (or your nominee) receive the goods or, if the goods are delivered in installments, 30 days after you (or your nominee) receive the last installment of the goods (the “Cancellation Period”), and receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before we ship Carv to you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for:

  • supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us; and
  • deductions for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e. handling beyond the sort that might be reasonably allowed in a shop). This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
